Me, Mediterranean Cuisine & Sourdough Loaves



Hi, Iā€™m Ozlem, newly Bristolian from Istanbul. šŸ™‚

Baking become my passion and I had lots of courses such as cake baking, world breads, pastry, celebration cakes and more in Istanbul.

Thus, I have decided to build a business of homemade sweet & savoury bakes in our new home, Bristol.

And I also have a 5 star FSA rating and Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate.

Mediterranean Cuisine

A huge sea, lots of countries, wide variety of cultures and distinct cuisines...

But above all, the historical connections and the climate of the region allow us to share many similar culinary cultures.

Currently, there are sweet and savoury homemade bakes from about 10 Mediterranean countries on my menu. šŸ™‚

And Iā€™m getting excited while trying new recipes from Mediterranean Region and adding to my menu.



Homemade Sourdough Bread

No additives or artificial colours. Just simple, high quality ingredients and hand moulded before being baked.

I use only four basic ingredients: flour from Shipton Mill, sea salt, water and homemade sourdough.

All of my bread come alive thanks to the addition of my sourdough starter.
